Many TV stands have mounting brackets. I am planning to buy a 37" flat LCD TV. Will it need mounting brackets?
I know the TV will stand without the brackets, but I have a teenage son and a couple big dogs. I even have a cat that may try to jump on it. The stands I have seen that I like do not have the mounting bracket. Should I get a stand with the brackets so that the TV is more stable and less likely to be knocked over?
